Resident Communication
- The Board plans to improve consistency in communication with residents.
- All important updates will be available on the Enclave website, with reminders posted on Facebook.
- A notice with the website address will also be placed on the clubhouse door.
Pool Update
- The pool cover has a 3-inch tear. A replacement will cost approximately $7,200.
- While not urgent, this is considered a safety issue. Temporary repairs will be made for this season, with a new cover planned for next year.
Pool Furniture Clean-Up
- Board members will store furniture and clean the pool deck on Sunday, September 28 at 4:00 PM.
Board Member Compensation
- Beginning in February 2026, HOA Board Members will receive half of their yearly dues waived, based on meeting attendance.
Next Board Meeting
- Scheduled for Sunday, October 26 at 4pm
- All residents are welcome to attend.
