Key Updates & Discussions
Clubhouse Items
- Additional clubhouse keys will be ordered; only a few remain.
- The Nest thermostat requires a key from Dane’s set, and cameras will be reactivated under the HOA’s official email.
- Deposits for clubhouse reservations will be set at $100, payable to Enclave HOA. Checks should be mailed to the clubhouse address.
Leadership Transition
- Corey Hammond plans to retire from the board by the end of the year.
- Transition steps and responsibilities are being documented for a smooth handover.
Resident Communication
- The HOA is setting up an updated resident email database.
- In the meantime, communications will be sent through the HOA Gmail account.
- A spreadsheet of pool key emails will be used to ensure everyone receives updates.
Pool Updates
- The pool cleaner and cover will be added to next year’s budget planning.
Board Member Compensation
- The board discussed being transparent about compensation during the November meeting.
- The topic will include reviewing yearly compensation and recognizing Corey’s contributions this year.
