Enclave Website
- Board members now have secure access to the website and will begin posting meeting minutes there for residents.
Clubhouse & Pool
- The pool season will end on Sunday, September 14th.
- Maintenance is scheduled for the following week.
- The Board is considering purchasing a new pool cleaning robot. If purchased, it will be stored securely.
- Plans are being made to purchase more pool keys, as supply is running low.
- Salt for the pool will be purchased in bulk and stored at the clubhouse.
Cameras
- Security camera access for the clubhouse and pool was reviewed with board members.
Grounds Maintenance
- The Board will contact the landscaping company about trimming around the pond.
- Overgrowth at the catch basin was noted and will be cut back.
